Sports Betting
S-Sports, IBC, CMD 368, and M8 Sport are the four sportsbooks you can use at Hfive5. Usually, there isn’t too much to say difference-wise between sportsbooks, but these four definitely had some clear differences that we thought you should know about. The odds were fairly close, but the sports they covered were definitely different.
S-Sports definitely focuses solely on football matches. There were around 20 different sports categories, but football, basketball, baseball, and tennis were the only ones with matches. Football had 1400 matches you could bet on, while the next highest, basketball, had only 82. If you’re looking to bet on Football, definitely check out S-Sports, as they most certainly have every match you could want to bet on.
IBC was more typical. They had a healthy variety of matches across a number of sports but had a lot more football and table tennis matches than any other category. Likewise, CMD368 also had a lot of table tennis matches but surprisingly had hundreds of basketball matches to bet on, too, more than table tennis and football combined.
Lastly, there was M8 Sport, which also felt like your average sportsbook. They covered most sports around the world but had more football matches available than anything else. Altogether, these four sportsbooks should cover any match you’d be interested in betting on. They each loaded quickly, and everything was clearly displayed.

Withdrawals
Withdrawing funds from your wallet at Hfive5 is slightly similar, but with more banking options. There is no ability to withdraw through cryptocurrency, and while there are still eWallets, they are different than the two you can use to deposit funds.

Customer Support
While they do have multiple ways to contact customer support, they are missing 24/7 Live Chat which is pretty disappointing. You can use WeChat, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, and a good old-fashioned phone call to reach them, but the ability to speak with someone directly on the site would be a whole lot better.
We will say that we did message them on Telegram and did get an answer fairly quickly about their VIP program, but it would have been much easier to just contact them directly in the browser instead.
